  • 1. Having an incomplete profile—-(They don’t have their own brand banners, have lesser or no details in the ‘about’ section)
  • 2. Treating LinkedIn like a resume—(People just log in to add or modify a work experience, using the most boring words ever)
  • 3. Sending RANDOM connection requests WITHOUT a genuine and warm message—- (People don’t utilize the power of a personalized note)
  • 4. LinkedIn people try to copy paste a proposal and try to sell their services/brand in the very first message they send to people—-  (Building genuine relationships is what they need to focus on by engaging with people, as friends who TRUST you might do a business with you!)
  • 5. People lack a content strategy, post random stuff on their feed, and never take the time to engage genuinely on others’ posts—-(Consistency without the right content strategy won’t get you any significant results)
  • 6. People treating LinkedIn as a professional tinder/dating app— a big NO, NO! (LinkedIn was created and SHOULD be used for professional staff only)
